Pisang Nugget

Ini resep enak bangeeet. Pake pisang jenis apa aja bisaaaa. So yum! Bikin frozennya, jd kalau mau makan tinggal goreng. Yessss💛

Bahan-bahan;
6 buah pisang (4 dihancurin pake garpu, 2 dipotong2 kecil)
3 sdm tepung pisang sasa (bisa pakai tepung terigu+ gula sedikit+ vanili sedikit)
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdm SKM
2 sdm Susu bubuk
1 btr telur ayam
Sejumput garam

Bahan pelapis;
3 sdm tepung pisang sasa
Air secukupnya (menyerupai pasta, tidak kental atau cair)
Tepung panir atau roti (pake merk kobe)

Topping;
SKM secukupnya
Keju parut atau coklat parut atau bisa pakai glaze selai.
Sprinkle

Cara membuat;
- Campur semua bahan, aduk rataaa
- Siapkan loyang kukusan, olesi dengan margarin/minyak goreng, tuang adonan.
- Kukus selama 25 menit/hingga matang. Bisa di cek dengan tusuk adonan menggunakan tusuk gigi.
- Diamkan hingga tidak panas. Lalu potong2.
- Siapkan bahan pelapis, celupkan potongan kukusan pisang tadi lalu balurkan ke tepung panir/roti. Lanjutkan hingga semua habis.
- Masukkan ke kulkas selama 10-15menit
- Masak hingga matang, beri topping sesuai selera.

Adonan kukusan yang sudah di balur tepung panir bisa di simpan di freezer utk waktu yang lama.

Dumpling Recipe

I've been scrolling instagram for long time looking for some comfort chinese food. And i've been craving for wonton, gyoza, dimsum or anything like that. So i made my own dumpling from scratch. You can actually, boil, steam or fryed the dumplings. So here's my recipe!

Dumpling skin
8 tbs all purpose flour (tepung terigu)
2 tbs tapioka flour
8 tbs water

Mix all together, knead untill smooth and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Then, roll out the dough, and divide 24 piece of dough or anything you like. Roll it into circle.

Chicken Filling
250 gr groud chicken
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 cloves scallots, minced
1/4 cup of spring onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
A pinch of sugar
1 tsp salt
 
Mix all together in a bowl. After all well combine. Take one of skin dumpling and put the filling inside and shape it. Before you put it together into the container, dont forget to sprinkle a lil bit of flour, so it doesnt stick.

You can make the dumpling into soup, fried, or steam it.
