Matcha Cake




Ingredients:
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250 gr plain flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- Creamcheese and oreo crumb for filling
- Melted white Chocolate for frosting

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C, Brush 3 9-inchi-round cake pans with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar.Slowly add eggs and mix until well combined. Add matcha powder and mix until fully incorporated. Add flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the batter to an individual cake pan. Transfer to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until centre of cakes bounce back after being touched lightly.
  4. Remove cakes from oven and transfer to a wire rack, let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. To assemble, Place the other batter on the cake plate. Spread oreo creamcheese filling over the first layer with a small offset spatula so it extends just beyond edges. Repeat process with another layers.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the cake. let it cool and Enjoy!

Apple Muffin Recipe

Im in the mood of making something
and I have a lot of apple in the house
so why not making apple muffin
I asked my friend for the recipe
so she gave me one that she got from pinterest.
so here you go;

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar (or use 1½ cups for a less sweet muffin)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups peeled, cored, diced apples (around 3 apples)
- Brown sugar for topping (around ½ cup)


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Cream together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon (I never sift and they turn out fine). Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix until combined. The batter will be very thick. Add the diced apples.
3. Fill paper liners almost to the top, about ¾ of the way full. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.

Pretzel covered Chocolate

Been craving to this pretzel for ages!
Maaan, so let the story begin...
So my sister asked me to go for free food.
After food and food...
Finally, her friend or we called 'koko' because he's older than us in Chinese take out this pretzel.
Dude seriously! Ive been looking for this in ages. Feels like nostalgia.

Btw, i changed the macaroni with penne.

Unicorn Cake Bar Recipe


It's my first time making this unicorn cake bar.
I love how it turns. It looks so beautiful.
I made the topping with melted chocolate.
Love it so much.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Purple food coloring
  • Sprinkles for garnish


LET'S GET COOKING...
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl mix butter, sugar, and vanilla. Then add eggs and salt and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour until just combined, then gently mix in sprinkles. Add batter into the 9x13 pan lined with foil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes then allow to cool completely.
  5. In a bowl beat butter for 2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Add vanilla, salt, powdered sugar, and half of the milk. Mix for a minute then add the rest of the milk and 2 drops food coloring. Mix and spread over cake. Garnish with sprinkles. Enjoy!

hii! it's been awesome these days. My friends and I got chance to meet eah other. im so happy that we got that time. it's been awhile we haven't meet each others since high school life. we're all in different place now. we are taking college in different city. Im kinda miss these crazy silly girls. when we had chance to meet up, we were going wild. we were doing some shit and weird things coming up. thats the situation when you hung out with your friends. they personality are so cool. they keep low even we aren't meet each other everyday. I LOVE MY FRIENDS! :)

Hola I made this fudge brownie, and fell in love with the taste.


Note to self; dont ever put brownie and coco crunch together ever!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into large pieces
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs

    1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, sifted
  • DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on all sides. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, and whisk in sugar. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined. Whisk in cocoa and salt. Fold in flour until combined.
    2. Pour batter into pan. Bake until set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan, about 15 minutes. Lift brownies from pan using parchment. Remove parchment and transfer to a wire rack. Let cool completely. Cut into 9 squares.
